Ashaiman Irrigation Project
The Ashaiman Irrigation consisted of two projects: the Rehabilitation of the Irrigation Structures and the Construction of the Agric Training School which were all done under GIDA / JICA / TAISEI. We have also undertaken other irrigation dams including the 100,000m3 earth retaining water reservoir at Twifo-Praso, Kpong Left Bank Irrigation Project at Akuse and several others in the Northern parts of Ghana
Kumasi And Accra East GRIDCO Substation And Emergency Power Projects
Due to our quality and timely delivery of works, YAB Engineering was selected to carry out the civil works of 1No. 20MVA and 1No. 16MVA emergency power plant project at Tema and 20MVA at Kumasi for the Ministry of Energy/Mantrac Gh. Ltd and also a substation (phase 1 and 2) at ACCRA EAST for GRIDCO with AEE POWER as the main contractor. These included the site preparation on a land with more than 5 metre difference in levels.
Construction of Fiesta Royale Hotel
Located at Dzorwulu junction, the Fiesta Royale Hotel was constructed by YAB Engineering Services Ltd. In addition to that we also undertook the Construction of the Fiesta Residences, Switch Back Road, Cantonments, Accra, for Fiesta Royale Hotel
