Ing.Yaw Agyakwa Baah is the founder and Managing Director of YAB ENGINEERING SERVICES LIMITED. He is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 46 years of Engineering experience, an alumnus of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a corporate member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GHIE).

He worked with the Tema Development Corporation from 1971 to 1979, as a designer and was involved in the design of buildings, roads, sewers and water distribution networks.

He worked with COWI consult (Denmark) for six months in 1974, where he designed structures for buildings and bridges and has also acquired a wealth of experience in the various managerial disciplines.
